***SPIGOT REPLACED*** - 60628 chicago I had some plumbing work done in my kitchen, the outside spigot was removed, I was told they would put it back in but instead of putting it back in they simply sealed off the hole where the spigot was at...I know this is a simple job but I dont know how to do it and I dont want to pay a lot of money....the hole in the kitchen wall is already there..
